What you can expect when you order your jacket through us?
- Your jacket will be custom-made to your specifications. Production typically takes several weeks (anywhere from 4 to 10 weeks, depending on customization and demand).
- We’ll notify you when your jacket is ready for pickup or shipment. If you need expedited shipping, let us know at the time of order.
- If you need any alterations, we can assist you or recommend a local tailor for adjustments.
- Wear your letterman jacket with pride! For cleaning and maintenance, follow the care instructions—most jackets are dry clean only, and leather sleeves may require special care.
- If you earn more awards or want to add patches in the future, bring your jacket back and we’ll help you update it. We also offer repair and alteration services as needed.
